INDIVIDUAL COACHING
You can support your ROSE College language training at any time with a focused individual coaching program. We’ll gladly provide your employees with their own personal trainer. Together with their coach, your employees can train precisely the skills they need to fulfill their tasks in the target language effectively—whether it be dealing with daily email correspondence, giving an important presentation or writing a challenging report.
The intensity of the training and the length of the coaching units are determined according to the
requirements of your employees—whether regularly, every so often, or in preparation for a
special occasion. By request, our coaches will even accompany your employees on the
job and offer situation-specific feedback.
