ROSE TRAINERS

Our language trainings are conducted exclusively by experienced pedagogical experts, language trainers and area specialists who are native speakers of their respective languages. To select our trainers, we employ a multi-level recruiting process, paying close attention to candidates’ linguistic, instructional and personal qualifications. After all, being able to speak a language does not guarantee that one can teach it. That’s why we place special emphasis on instructional competence—so that instruction is both didactically and methodologically optimized to secure the learning success of all participants.

Practical career experience is another crucial aspect of our trainers’ instructional profiles. Trainers who know the ins and outs of the business world from their own experience can spur on the development of their students’ language competencies in an authentic and practice-oriented way. Intercultural sensitivity and the experience of having learned a foreign language themselves round out the profile of our trainers.

With our internal ROSE College “Performance Improvement Program,” we are continually supporting the development of our trainers’ educational credentials and methodological know-how.
